Planning and Highways Lawyer – Midlands Council – Remote Working – Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Planning and Highways Lawyer to join a well-regarded Midlands Council on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on planning, large-scale development, and highways matters.
- Negotiating and providing legal advice on projects, including s.106 and s.78 agreements.
- Offering guidance and representation at Committees, as required.
Role Details:
- Start Date: January 2024
- Duration: 3 months initially, with a strong likelihood of extension.
- Working Arrangements: Full-time preferred, but part-time availability will be considered. Remote working is available, with occasional office presence for committee attendance being advantageous.
- Rate: Up to £60 per hour (via umbrella).
