Locum Planning Lawyer – Midlands Based Local Authority
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is excited to be recruiting for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded Local Authority in the Midlands.
This is a 3-month hybrid role offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office at least one day per week, with flexibility around remote working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on Section 106 Agreements
- Handling matters related to Tree Preservation Orders
- Providing expert planning advice to internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Local Authority planning law
- A proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload
- A collaborative and professional approach
