Job Title: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Home Counties based Local Authority Rate: Up to £55 per hour UmbrellaWorking Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week), remote working
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Local Authority based in the Home Counties in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full-time position where you will be handling a variety of land and property matters.
Duties include:
- Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
- Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
- Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
- Providing expert advice on all aspects of local authority land transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards
