My client, an established law firm with a growing corporate department is seeking a qualified Corporate Solicitor to take on an existing caseload in a fully remote working position.Â
Your role will involve:Â
- Dealing with share and asset disposal and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and LLPÂ agreements
- Corporate financeÂ
- Being active in relationship building with existing clients and referrers

What do you need?
- To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveÂ
- At least 2 years' experience practicing corporate and commercial law
