Corporate Solicitor – Remote Working

My client, an established law firm with a growing corporate department is seeking a qualified Corporate Solicitor to take on an existing caseload in a fully remote working position. 

Your role will involve: 

• Dealing with share and asset disposal and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and LLP agreements
• Corporate finance 
• Being active in relationship building with existing clients and referrers

What do you need?

• To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 
• At least 2 years' experience practicing corporate and commercial law
• To be able to work autonomously with limited supervision
