Job Title: QA/QC Specialist for LTQR Management

Department: Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Job Summary: Manage and maintain Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) for end-of-installation documents, ensuring compliance and accessibility for audits. Collaborate with teams and uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure LTQR documentation compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of quality records.
- Collaborate with teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier quality records.
- Train team members on quality documentation processes.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in installation or construction.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with LTQR management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- BPSS clearance required.
