We are working with a reputable international law firm in South West England, who are seeking a Legal Records Co-Ordinator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role you will need strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong experience working within a legal records / archives department and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of records systems. Planning and prioritising workloads is also an essential skill needed for the role.

Duties:

  • Responsible for filing important legal documents.
  • Raising new case record files on the firm’s records system.
  • Assisting fee earners with all their records-related needs.
  • Accurately recording data into the correct files on the system.
  • Liaising with clients regarding any records queries / requirements etc.
  • Physically assisting in the correct storing of files and retrieving when required.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of records systems and protocols.
