You will work from home with access to legal support, whereby you will only focus on the middle part of the transaction and will be responsible for your own caseload. Start dates are between 19th May and 23rd June, so only those who could achieve this start date if successful may apply!Â

The roleÂ
To be considered for this Remote Working Conveyancer role you will have Leasehold and Title Checking experience. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. The role will entail managing your own caseload of around 75 files, dealing with the middle and main part of the transaction. The file will be set up for you by the legal support team and will also be passed over to them for post completion.Â
The personÂ
As a Remote Working Conveyancer in this team you must be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with over 5 years’ experience, candidates without qualifications but with a significant amount of experience will also be considered. You must also have extensive leasehold and title checking knowledge. You will be tech savvy and must be able to handle your own cases with minimal supervision.Â
