Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property – Home Working

A respected, well-established conveyancing team is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing residential property team, offering fully remote working.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or experienced conveyancer looking to take ownership of a varied caseload and deliver high-quality service within a supportive environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
  • Conduct due diligence on titles, contracts, searches and related documentation
  • Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documentation
  • Liaise professionally with clients and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
  • Manage all stages of the conveyancing process including exchange, completion and post-completion tasks

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced conveyancer
  • Strong experience managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions
  • In-depth knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Familiarity with the Land Registry and relevant search platforms
  • Accreditation with professional bodies such as the Law Society or CLC is advantageous
