This position would suit those from a Patent Secretarial/PA background who can provide crucial support to Attorneys and Partners. A high-level of attention and exceptional communication and organisation skills are key.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Arranging and booking travel
- Invoicing and billing duties
- Regular liaison with clients and attorneys
- Assisting with preparation and filing of applications
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties for other members of the Intellectual Property Team
