What will you do?
- Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL/OL and RTA personal injury claims
- Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
- Liaise with experts, counsel and clients
- Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents
- Instruct and brief counsel
What will you need?
- 2+ years’ experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload to include EL/PL and RTA matters
- Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential
- 2 years claimant EL/PL experience
- Litigation and CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
- Knowledge and experience of the MoJ Portal
