My client, a leading specialist in installation, servicing, and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Service and Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

As a Service and Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining movable walls, sliding partitions, and associated systems for clients across education, hospitality, and commercial sectors. This is a hands-on, field-based role involving nationwide travel, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining movable walls and sliding partitions, including first-fix structural work and second-fix panel installations.
  • Conducting routine servicing and repairs to ensure systems remain safe and functional.
  • Managing your schedule, completing detailed job reports, and coordinating tools and materials.
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a professional and courteous approach on-site.

About You:

  • Proven experience in movable walls, sliding partitions, or similar fields (e.g., industrial doors or joinery).
  • Independent, self-motivated, and flexible, with a commitment to high standards.
  • Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, or occasional overnight stays.
  • Based locally in the North or able to travel to Runcorn, with a full UK driving license.
