Key Responsibilities as the Laboratory Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the microbiology laboratory, ensuring adherence to ISO 17025 standards and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of microbiologists and laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all testing and production processes.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
To be successful in your application for the Laboratory Manager position, you will have the following expertise:
- Proven experience managing laboratory operations within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of microbiological techniques, quality control processes, and ISO 17025 standards.
