Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in South Wiltshire on the recruitment of a full-time and permanent HR Business Partner to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to step up into a role and be a true, trusted partner to the leaders of an exciting business.

Our client is a fully office-based business, so would require you on site 5 days per week with plenty of free parking available. This role is a full time and permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include but are not limited to:

  • Partner closely with the leadership team of the business, acting as a commercial and strategic influence on people projects.
  • Supporting the business with a range of employee relations cases.
  • Lead on projects within areas such as succession planning, learning & development/training, talent management and career development.
  • Supporting the wider HR team as required.

Your Profile:

  • Prior HR experience is essential for this position with a good knowledge of up-to-date UK employment law.
  • A commercial outlook and business partnering approach, able to effectively manage and build relationships at all levels.
  • Someone with a hands-on approach, who is always willing to go the extra mile in everything they do.
  • A team player, able to support across the wider HR team as necessary.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience plus benefits including a bonus scheme.
