The Role

  • Develop and implement personalised reablement plans that empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
  • Provide professional advice, support, and training to colleagues, including Occupational Therapists and other team members.
  • Act as an expert advisor on the provision of bespoke equipment, ensuring best value and increased independence while reducing risks.
  • Supervise and support complex cases, demonstrating leadership within the team.
