You will manage a busy caseload of complex work undertaking strengths-based occupational therapy assessments using person-centred practice principles to assess, support plan and review to promote well-being and positive risk-taking. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers for optimal outcomes, conducting assessments, setting goals, creating personalised reablement plans and providing supervision and support for complex cases within your team.
