Occupational Therapist, Blackburn with DarwenPay rate £30 per hour  Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist in the Blackburn area. This role involves delivering essential community-based assessments and interventions for individuals requiring equipment, minor and major adaptations to support their independence and well-being.Job Purpose & Responsibilities: -
  •  Conduct community assessments in a local authority setting, identifying needs and recommending both standard and specialist equipment.•    Plan and facilitate minor and major adaptations to enhance safety and functionality within clients’ homes.•    Perform manual handling assessments, ensuring safe practices and compliance with relevant guidelines.•    Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualized support plans.•    Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with professional and legal standards.
