Working for this Major insurer as an International Property Claims Handler with extensive experience in handling complex, high profile and large Commercial Property Claims including European and Multinational London Market Claims you will be responsible for the management of your own claims portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of Large Commercial Property Claims including European and Multinational High Value and Complex losses.
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of claims being handled within the team.
  • Assist with the company’s philosophy, standards, and best practice with a focus on the delivery of financial results within the team.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and undertake relationship management with key stakeholders.
  • Enhance the ability of the team to perform through quality assurance, identifying training needs and regular coaching and feedback.

About you:

  • In-depth technical Property Claims Handling knowledge/skills in handling complex, high profile and large Commercial Property Claims in excess of £1m
  • Extensive experience in handling European and London Market Multinational claims.
  • Knowledge of fraud, FOS outcomes and impacting legislation at a level which enables the provision of strategic decision making and direction.
  • Exceptional experience of handling/managing own portfolio of Property Claims
  • Industry qualified preferable i.e. ACII, Cert CILA, RICS, COB
