They are a smaller university with ambitious growth plans, addressing global challenges in the arts.They are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Content Manager to lead and develop their content strategy. This role will shape their brand and drive student recruitment. You'll lead a team, mentoring them in producing exceptional content.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated content strategies.
  • Measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling content.
  • Manage the content calendar and social media activity.
  • Build and execute a media relations strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends.
  • Champion best practices across the university.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel content strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and SEO.
  • Data-driven approach to content creation and analysis.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
