Required experience:

Essential

  • Experienced & Qualified Internal Quality Assurer
  • Mechanical Engineering Background
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of work-based learning programmes

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment

My client are a large and rapidly expanding global Defence company looking for an Internal Quality Assurer to ensure accuracy and consistency of learning delivery and assessment decisions within military engineering training and apprenticeship programmes. You will be conducting quality assurance activities in line with the IQA strategy, producing sampling plans, conducting observations of teaching, learning and assessment and delivering training, mentoring and support to delivery staff.
