The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support business growth by ensuring high-quality standards across goods inwards and manufacturing areas. You'll play a key role in inspections, non-conformity investigations, and process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections using Metrology tools, including CMM, ensuring compliance with internal and customer specifications.
  • Participate in product non-conformity investigations and contribute to 8D problem-solving.
  • Implement containment measures, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to maintain and document quality standards.
  • Assist in other Quality Department functions such as calibration, ISIR, and audits.
  • Support the Head of Quality with continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to support various quality tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic components is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools.
  • Proficiency in using or programming a CMM/VMM is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
