Your new companyYou will be working for a healthcare organisation that makes a real impact and positive difference the community it serves. Your new roleTo provide support in the provision and management of the procurement service, with specific responsibility to relevant Category. You will ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed at all times and provide effective procurement, whilst ensuring a high level of service and value for money. It will be your responsibility to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, and staff, to achieve maximum value for money in all transactions, identify the most appropriate procurement process and manage issues of supplier performance. You will manage a portfolio of contracts for goods and services conducting detailed negotiations and awarding contracts. What you'll need to succeed

• You will have done public sector tending before. This could be low value or a smaller scale.
• Demonstrate good understanding for the use of frameworks, i.e running mini competitions or direct awards.
• Good working knowledge of PCR15/ PA23.
