Description
- Lead the sourcing and procurement of MEP related goods and services.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their MEP requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategic procurement initiatives to optimise supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage and resolve any supply chain related issues.
Profile
A successful 'Senior Buyer (MEP)' should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Able to work in Somerset on a hybrid basis.
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the construction industry. Experience with NEC3/NEC4.
Job Offer
Salary, £50-60,000 Hybrid working model
