My client, a Tier 1 contractor, is looking for a Senior QS to join them on a station refurbishment in Somerset. This opportunity is open to freelance QS' who are looking for long term contracts working on an ongoing framework due to continue for the next 3 years.
The successful candidate will be managing all commercial aspects of projects including procurement, cost planning, contract administration, and final account settlement. They will also be ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Our client is NOT open to outside of IR35.

- Change Management
- Compensation Events Quotation/Project Management Assessment Negotiations
- Subcontractor Procurement
- Subcontractor Management
- Monthly CVR's
- Management of a Quantity Surveyor
