We are representing a national conveyancing team that is seeking an experienced, fully home-working conveyancer to join its growing team.
You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling a diverse range of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.

In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, this role offers a highly rewarding bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to £15,000 annually, with most fee earners averaging around £10,000+.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties, and shared ownership cases. You will maintain your caseload until your manager determines when it is appropriate to expand your portfolio further.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
- Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
- Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems
