We are representing a national conveyancing team, seeking an experienced and fully home-working conveyancer to join this growing team.

You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling a diverse range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties, and shared ownership cases. You will maintain your caseload until your manager determines when it is appropriate to expand your portfolio further.

Key Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems
