Our reputable client is seeking a home-working Residential Conveyancer to join its fast-paced, high-volume team.
You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions. Strong client service, compliance awareness and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Handle conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and third parties, providing clear legal advice
- Teamwork & Mentorship: Support junior colleagues, share expertise and assist in training where required
- Performance & Compliance: Meet targets, adhere to SLAs and ensure regulatory compliance
- General Duties: Manage administrative tasks, post, financial statements and conflict checks
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
- Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems
Working Hours:
- Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Flexibility required for shifts between 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
