Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency for their Dulverton branch. Role overview:You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to negotiations. You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments. Key responsibilities:* Marketing and promoting new and existing properties. * Registering new buyers * Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend * Booking viewings * Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market. * Conduct viewings. * Giving feedback to vendors. * When required assisting with the progression of the sale . Experience required:* Previous experience in a similar role preferable. * Full UK driving license. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. * Experience in valuing would be desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
