Accounts Administrator

Join our clients dynamic team as an Accounts Administrator in Portishead and play a crucial role in their commercial business. This is an exciting opportunity to be in a thriving office, collaborating with various teams and ensuring the smooth running of our accounts operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Overseeing the administration of projects after the sales team's handover, keeping everything on track.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders, and coordinating closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keeping our accounting system up to date.
  • Staying in touch with suppliers, customers, and other key players in our business.
  • Managing our databases, taking inbound calls, and handling accounts-related queries.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A team-player attitude with a knack for collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus, and previous office experience is desirable but not essential.
