Description
- Process supplier invoices, set up vendors, handle payments, and manage expense systems.
- Reconcile accounts, process transactions, and dispute deductions.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve deductions and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with reporting, provide analytical support, and support finance operations as needed.
Profile
- Experienced in using financial systems and multi-currency processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Capable of prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Open to learning, with AAT training available but not required.
- Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable to support a dynamic finance team.
- Results-driven and proactive in problem-solving and improving processes
