  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.

  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is essential (or equivalent ESL/EAL teaching qualification).

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school or with English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.

  • Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
