A fantastic school based in the Wiltshire district are looking to welcome multiple Learning Support Worker to their team of support staff for the new academic year. The school are looking for open minded, passionate and committed individuals to support their students with additional needs throughout the school day. As a Learning Support Worker , you will be responsible for keeping students focused and motivated. While working with the students on a 1-1 basis, you will develop an understanding of how to best encourage students and learn how to navigate challenging behaviour.

The role of Learning Support Worker is highly fulfilling due to the potential impact you can make on the student's perspective of education and their own potential. The successful Learning Support Worker will be involved in the planning of the curriculum, personalising lesson plans, identifying students' areas of strength and improvement and collaborating with educational psychologists to ensure students can achieve their potential.
