- Conduct assessments and develop service/care plans for children and families in line with legislation.
- Manage a caseload of children and families with complex needs, ensuring support is comprehensive and coordinated.
- Participate in safeguarding investigations and work with external agencies to promote the welfare of children.
- Maintain up-to-date case records and contribute to team objectives and development.
- Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion in service delivery.
- Participate in team and cross-service initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Qualification in Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive post-qualifying experience in a statutory child and family setting, with a sound understanding of safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
