Somerset Council are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a children with disabilities team as a full time locum based in both the east of the county This opportunity is ideal for a Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join children a with disabilities team. Children with disabilities experience is not essential and the team would consider previous experience in, CP, CIN, LAC, or safeguarding. The Role: * CWD Social Work Teams based in the East * To undertake assessments of need, CIN, CP, PLO/Court Work and CLA.* Hybrid working * Regular supervision * Access to in-house CPD Essential Requirements: * Social Work Qualification * Experience as a children social worker with CP, CIN, LAC, or safeguarding * Social Work England Registration * Driving license and access to own vehicle To apply for this position, please send your CV to Charles Erdwin at or contact for more information.
