Personal Advisor - Leaving Care, Blackburn with DarwenPay rate £22.47 per hourVitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor to join a Leaving Care Team in Blackburn with Darwen.Job Role and Responsibilities: - We are lookingfor an experienced PA with energy and enthusiasm who can put young people/adults first and recognise their strengths. We need aspirational, positive people to work alongside our existing staff of Personal Advisor’s within the Leaving Care Service. As a PA you will need to be creative, caring, passionate and determined.You will be working alongside a diverse and cohesive team providing support to young people/ young adults. The PA roles will provide support and interventions to young people in or leaving care age 16-25yrs.
