Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, First Response TeamPay rate £47.10 per hourContract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a First Response Team in Bracknell Forest.- Experienced children’s social work Team Manager (First Response) to work across both the Duty/Assessment and MASH Teams - Experienced social work manager who has extensive experience working in duty and assessment, who will support the Head of Service to deliver our front door assessment services supporting children aged 0-18 who require a statutory social work assessment or child protection response at point of ‘first contact’ through to transfer to longer term social work teams - Line management of approx. 10 staff - social workers, family workers and admin – supervisory management of 2 Assistant Team Managers - Needs to be based in our Bracknell office for a minimum of 3 days a week, and as per the service demands - We are also within our ILACS inspection window someone with recent Ofsted experience would be at an advantage.Work with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
