Locums must be aware and capable of working as required from the offices (accessible 5 days per week), with occasional home / hybrid working where suitable.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and vehicle and insured for business use is an essential requirement
  • Experience proven in stable placements (not lots of frequent short placements as a locum) within a long term CP / Localities team.
  • Any social worker that has qualified since 2012 will have to have completed their ASYE
  • 37 hour per week, overtime to be agreed in advance.
  • No additional allowances - just a simple flat rate at an enhanced pay rate for which a regional exemption is in place from the MoC agreement.
  • 6) Normal permitted mileage applies for performing work duties (not commuting costs or accommodation)
