Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Somerset.

Role Purpose

• Improve and manage data systems to support students, staff, and other users.
• Develop and maintain reports and web-based tools for education and administration.
• Ensure all data systems meet current and future internal and external needs.

Main Duties

• Maintain and improve data reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Develop and enhance systems for student records and administration.
• Create reports to meet internal and external data requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand and implement reporting solutions.
• Lead special projects to improve data management and reporting.
• Support IT with system upgrades and software improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in developing and managing data systems and reports.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Strong skills in SQL, reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI), and database management.
• Ability to develop web-based applications using programming languages like JavaScript, PHP, or .NET.
• Right to work in the UK
