Seeking a Software Asset Manager with experience in Licensing.

We are currently seeking a software asset manager to support our client. The client is based in the higher education sector, located in the West Country. This is a 6-month contract that is assessed as Outside IR35. Candidates will be expected on-site once every 1/2 weeks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for using your skills and expertise to manage licensing issues efficiently. You'll need to use service management tools on daily basis; therefore quick thinking coupled with excellent communication abilities are essential assets required by this role.* Use Service Management tool proficiently* Manage license provision tickets accurately * Collaborate effectively within teams

Aside from BAU activities, the candidate will be responsible for creating a library of vendor resources to be used by the broader team.

Qualifications & Skills Required :To qualify as our ideal candidate we expect that following qualifications can be met along-with relevant experience,- Knowledgeable about ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)- Ability to create reference materials from scratch - Strong organizational ability - Knowledge or familiarity with SAM Tool(Software Asset Management)- Knowledge of SCCM, SCOM & Flexera
