About the Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children who have SEN, supporting their learning and personal development in a primary school setting in N. Somerset. This role requires adaptability, empathy, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for children with diverse needs such as ASD, ADHD, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, helping them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized learning plans.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Support children with high needs, including ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication.
