Brightwork Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced client in West Dunbartonshire on a temporary ongoing basis.
This role is based full time on site at their offices - Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 6am to 3pm and Friday 6am to 1pm
This role requires continual liaising with production and traffic personnel to ensure despatches are carried out as timely and efficiently as possible.
Duties will include:
- Planning and executing of despatch operations
- Liasing with drivers and other traffic departments
- Answering telephones/ customer queries
- Adhoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a high-speed administrative role
- Experience of traffic/warehousing operations is beneficial
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Ability to pick up new systems with ease
- Have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
