Eating Disorders

The role would be for a specialist eating disorder / mental health dietitian to work with the Specialist Eating disorders Service (SEDS) which provides day hospital meal support to severe eating disorder cases, also to see outpatients at Mountainhall Treatment centre and provide limited in-reach to Midpark mental health hospital patients.

Familiarity with MANTRA approach to eating disorders would be helpful.

Outpatients work is mainly for eating disorders patients under secondary mental health care (community mental heath teams or Psychology).

Working with a dietetic assistant practitioner and the dietitian based at Midpark hospital, also liaising with the acute and community nutrition support teams. Ideally a full time role, but part time would be considered. Band 6 or 7
