Driving Assessor – Responsibilities & Requirements
  • You will coach and mentor good driving behaviours
  • You will assess driving capabilities of Operatives in a range of vehicles and provide constructive feedback
  • You will identify Operatives capable of further training
  • You will ensure that the workforce is adhering to all policies in place
  • You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a valid UK driving license
