Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
The Company:
We are working with a chartered insurance broker in the Dumfries area who is looking to add a Senior SME Account Handler to their team.
They are a company that has a great name in the market and prides itself on the supportive culture they provide to its staff.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Account Executives in managing relationships with a variety of SME and corporate clients, specifically focusing on larger cases within the team. You’ll be ensuring smooth processes for new business, MTAs, and renewals.
In this senior role, you will be proactive in managing a high volume of cases, none too complex but with a focus on larger clients. You'll work closely with clients, providing excellent service and going out to meet with them in person to develop and maintain strong relationships.

The Required Skills:
3+ years’ SME Account handling experience is preferable.
Cert CII is preferable however, support would be provided.
Strong IT, Communication and interpersonal skills.
A driven, proactive work ethic with a desire to develop is essential.
