- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy, inputting onto payroll system.
- Calculate and process allowances and deductions (taxes, pensions, sick leave, holidays, maternity/paternity leave, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities (P60s, P11Ds, and final submissions).
- Respond to client queries regarding payroll matters.
- Minimum 1 year experience in payroll.
- Able to commute to the office 5 days per week.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, including auto-enrolment.
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to analyse complex payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
