JGA are partnered with growing client who are increasing their payroll team size to meet their expanding client numbers.Job Title: Payroll AdministratorAddress:  Dumfries DG1 Salary: Up to £30KContract: PermanentResponsibilities:
  • Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy, inputting onto payroll system.
  • Calculate and process allowances and deductions (taxes, pensions, sick leave, holidays, maternity/paternity leave, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities (P60s, P11Ds, and final submissions).
  • Respond to client queries regarding payroll matters.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience  in payroll.
  • Able to commute to the office 5 days per week.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, including auto-enrolment.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to analyse complex payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
