Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking 2 Mechanical Supervisors for a permanent position in the Building Services market, with the first project located in Dumfries.
Candidates must have extensive commercial supervisory experience in Heating and Plumbing, with SSSTS or SMSTS preferred but not essential.
The role involves supervising all Mechanical labor on site, ensuring work meets acceptable standards, and reporting issues to the Project Manager and Main Contractor.
Salary rates are negotiable and include travel time and bonuses, although no vehicle will be provided.
This position is an off the tools role and requires prior supervisory experience in the industry.

Our client is a major player in the Building Services market and is looking for 2 x Mechanical Supervisors on a permanent basis to join there team with first long term project being based in Dumfries.

All candidates MUST have extensive commercial supervisory experience in Heating and Plumbing - SSSTS or SMSTS would be preferred but is not essential.

Duties will include the supervision of all Mechanical labour on site - both direct and sub-contract, ensuring all work is done to acceptable standards, reporting any issues to PM and Main Contractor as well all other site related tasks

Rates are negotiable - this also includes travel time and bonuses - no vehicle will be provided.
