This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. You will effectively build and develop relationships with our customers, delivering an exceptional standard of service and identifying sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth.

The Role

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.

OurInternal Salesarea pivotal part of the branch team and its success so get ready to be in demand. As long as youre a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you!

Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so dont let this stop you from applying!

Role Requirements

Generating and following up on customer quotations

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.

Supporting the operational team with converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chain to Rubix.

Providing support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
