Project Administration Support and CAD Trainee
Job Description
Aspen Maintenance Services Ltd is currently looking to recruit for a full-time office-based role at their office in Bridgwater. We are looking for a pro-active individual that has experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to join the project team. You must be used to dealing with customers and possess an appetite to learn and develop skills further. You must be self-motivated and be able to pick up new systems and processes.

Scope and purpose of the role
You will develop and sustain good relationships with customers and manage customer requirements effectively supporting the project team and the finance team to achieve optimum performance for the company by:
- Preparing CAD drawings as required by project managers.
- Issue CAD drawings to clients.
- Assist project managers with quotes and tenders.
- Process orders for projects and one off’s for the Project Team
- Enter all project jobs onto Mercury system.
- Check items have been delivered in time for installation
- Prepare commissioning sheets with labels.
- Liaise with Suppliers Representatives and ensure price lists are up to date.
- Answer telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Pass on details for invoicing to Business Manager when jobs have been installed
- Assist project managers with installations as required.
- Carry out any reasonable requests as instructed.

They will have a good eye for detail ensuring the accuracy of their work. They will be a great team player that enjoys good humour and can multitask.
Project Administrator - Experience required
· Customer service roles with direct customer contact (calls, emails, face to face)
· Possess the interpersonal skills required necessary to sustain effective relationships with employees at all levels and external customers and suppliers
· Demonstrate the ability to work accurately with detailed information
· Administration duties
· IT skills
Job Types: Full-time Permanent
Salary: According to experience.
Schedule:
· 9.00 – 17.00 with 30 minutes lunch
· Day Shift
· Monday to Friday
· No weekends
