Site Assistant:

We are looking for a Site Assistant to provide full administrative support for an international renewables company, for an onshore wind project.

The Site Assistant is a proactive contributor and driver of personnel welfare on the Site and in ensuring an efficient working environment.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with local vendors as relevant g. leaning company, security, waste management company
  • Ensuring adequate availability of office/site/canteen supplies on site
  • Help with setting up and maintaining agreements for apartments, rental house, hotels (if required)
  • Assisting with uploads to SharePoint, e.g. filing of documents in specific SharePoint areas
  • Creating and maintaining site handbook
  • Admin in relation to site related purchases (e.g. scanning delivery notes to Project Coordinator)
  • Keeping record of project staff (Inc. subcontractors) hours worked and logging holidays and sickness
  • Assisting in travel arrangements (if required)
  • Coordinating, welcoming and introducing visitors
  • Event planning e.g. arranging a team building event
  • Relevant ad hoc tasks

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English
  • Ideally prior experience in an SSE background.
  • 2 professional references
