Administrator - Dunbar

The role is fully office based in Dunbar, it requires an individual that has a full drivers license and access to a car as the office is not accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing technical submittals
  • Managing and updating product and safety data sheets
  • Revising and maintaining technical documentation and literature
  • Organising and overseeing paperwork for site inspections and system certifications
  • Contributing to the research and development (R&D) program
  • Assisting in the creation and design of marketing collateral
  • Maintaining and updating website content regularly
  • Delivering customer support via telephone and email

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Logical thinking with problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
